# GetNuans

> GetNuans provides official Canadian NUANS reservation reports for business incorporation and name reservation in eligible jurisdictions, with online ordering and digital delivery.

Services are available to entrepreneurs, law firms, accountants and corporate service professionals. GetNuans is an independent private service operated by a registered NUANS member, not a government registry. A report does not itself approve a name or incorporate a business.

AI agent ordering documentation covers Stripe Machine Payments Protocol (MPP) and buyer-authorized Shared Payment Tokens (SPTs) for Card and Link. Card-backed tokens issued through Link Agent Wallet remain Card payments; Link-backed tokens use the Link payment method, subject to Stripe account eligibility. The buyer must authorize the purchase and payment token; this documentation does not authorize a purchase.

Agents must first call GET /api/agent/products to discover product-specific fields, required inputs, exact enum values and labels, defaults and cross-field rules. Use the same locale for discovery and quoting. Distinctive terms must be part of the proposed name as complete words where required; invalid quote fields return HTTP 422 before payment. Validated quotes are immutable.

The API discovers currently available products and required fields, creates a short-lived quote, requests payment with HTTP 402, and accepts a confirmed paid order with HTTP 202. Fulfillment is asynchronous. Poll using Order ID and customer email; completed orders provide the existing protected PDF download URL. Use the product endpoint for current availability and pricing rather than assuming a fixed catalog.
