About GetNuans
GetNuans is a Canadian online service providing NUANS® reports for eligible federal and provincial corporate name searches.
GetNuans is a registered NUANS® member and provides reports through authorized member access to the NUANS® system. Our service is independently operated in Ontario, Canada and is not affiliated with or operated by any federal or provincial government.

Built for straightforward, fast delivery
GetNuans was built to make obtaining a NUANS® report simple and predictable.
Eligible orders are processed through an automated system and reports are delivered by email, normally within minutes. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We use straightforward pricing and do not charge a separate rush fee for our normal automated report delivery.
Clear information, including when you may not need a report
Our goal is to give customers accurate information about the report they actually need — including when a NUANS® report may not be required.
For example, a standalone NUANS® report is generally not required for a standard federal online incorporation because the federal name search is included in Corporations Canada's online incorporation process.
A numbered Ontario corporation also does not require a NUANS® report simply to receive its numbered name.
Where requirements differ by jurisdiction or filing type, we aim to explain those differences clearly rather than encourage customers to purchase a report they do not need.
An independent Canadian service
GetNuans is an independent private service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with ServiceOntario, Service New Brunswick, Corporations Canada or other federal or provincial registries.
Government filing fees, incorporation services and registry approvals are separate from the NUANS® report services provided by GetNuans.
